Full Field Sprint 50-60 seconds Around outside of full field
100yd Shuttle 30-40 seconds 10 yards and back, 20 yards and back 30 yards and back
Pushups in 1 minute 60-70
Sit ups in 1 minute 70-80
6-18-Mid 35 seconds
Three Fifty Cycles Under 34 seconds with 1 minute rest between each Sideline to 50 yard mark, back to sideline, back to 50 and back to sideline
Running hills and stairs Track your time! Hills and stairs near the stadium are perfect!
Do short sprints Track your time! 30 yards, 40 yards, 50 yards
Do longer sprints Track your time! 60 yard, 80 yards, 100 yards
DON’T FORGET BALL SKILLS Juggling, first touch, wall passes, passing, dribbling, volleying, turns, toe taps, pendulums, use all parts of the foot.
